Kenyan president Uhuru Kenyatta has requested to be able to attend a hearing at the ICC next week by video link. Judges had required the president to be in The Hague to discuss the prosecution’s allegations that it’s lack of cooperation from the Kenyan authorities that has lead to a lack of evidence against Kenyatta.
